Return Policy

Ofcourse we hope that you are satisfied with your items from SILK. If you are not satisfied and would like to return an item:

  • Please notify us by e-mail if you would like to return an item within 14 days of receiving your item.
    You can e-mail your return request to: info@silkethestore.com. Please include your order number in the titel of your e-mail. We will let you know where you can send your return to.
    When you return your purchase after those 14 days of receiving your item, we are not able to offer you a refund or exchange. 
  • Your item must be unused, arrive in the same condition as how you received it, with tags, and must be in the original packaging. Items should arrive within 14 days after you notified us of your return. 
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Refunds

Once we have received your returned item we will check it and notify you by e-mail. We will let you know if we approve or reject a refund.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are damaged or if something went wrong from our side. If you want to exchange it for the same item, please send us an e-mail info@silkthestore.com
